General Manager, Glasgow
We are looking for a talented individual to take the helm as General Manager in a new venture. We expect to expand further with Geely in the area in short order and this is a great opportunity to join our team in a role that will grow fast. The ideal candidate will be values‑driven, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented, with the passion and energy to build and develop a high‑performing team. You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering a strong partnership with Geely UK to ensure operational excellence. Effective leadership and people management will be key to creating a motivated, positive workplace culture. You should have a strong track record as a General Manager or a very strong sales management background within the sector, with proven success in new vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer‑centric results. Working closely with our colleagues in the business to build long‑term customer loyalty is always our goal.
