Take a look below to understand what you’ll be doing as Out of Home Project Manager: Leading and overseeing change in our OOH development, ensuring all key metrics including service and cost are successfully met. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage increased demand and change management cycles, coordinating across central operations and field teams. Acting as the central point of coordination across support teams, central operations, and field structures, ensuring alignment, engagement, and clear communication. Managing a comprehensive Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependency (RAID) log, escalating challenges and ensuring timely resolution. Maintaining clear and effective communication with senior stakeholders to ensure transparency in decision-making. Preparing and presenting detailed reports on strategic changes, including performance metrics, project outcomes, and insights. Leading and delivering project updates to senior management, covering risks, key activities, and decisions required. Driving strong strategic planning programmes and implementing high-impact operational strategies. Still interested? Great News! We are looking for: Proven project management experience (no formal qualifications required). Operational experience in Final Mile (preferred). Experience working with IT change teams and stakeholders. Skills in process mapping and solution design. Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., RAID logs) and process improvement methodologies. Excellent attention to detail, planning, and communication across business units and stakeholders.
