Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned technology leader to join on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week over six months) with a focus on:
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with the CEO, CCO, and Head of Technology to align the technology roadmap with business priorities
* Taking full ownership of the entire technology across the business including 5-6 project streams and business as usual work
* Review existing technology infrastructure to ensure it supports the transition to a SaaS business aligning the infrastructure with long term business objectives
* Establishing delivery structure, processes, and development discipline
* Leading and mentoring the internal and nearshore teams
* Enhancing sprint management and agile delivery
* Providing strategic input while remaining hands-on with delivery and team oversight
* Potential to transition to a full-time appointment based on success
Qualifications / Expectations
This is a strategic but hands-on role requiring a CTO with strong engineering roots, delivery focus, and stakeholder engagement capability.
