Our client, a reputable 3PL company located in Wigan, is currently seeking a Scanner to join their night shift team. Location: Wigan, WN4 Pay Rate: £13.08 per hour. Job Type: Temp to perm. Hours: Monday to Friday. 19:30-05:00with 2 X 20-minute breaks included. Main responsibilities and Duties: Ensure all safety checks are completed on relevant equipment at the start of your shift. Use scan unit in an efficient manner Ensure all pallets are scanned on allocated trailers. Identify profile of pallets/clause accordingly Use digital camera/able to manually document. Observe site rules at all times. Carry out all your duties and responsibilities with reasonable care for your own health & safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work. Co-operate fully with company matters of health & safety. Present yourself in a polite and professional manner when dealing with both colleagues and depot drivers.
