Building Consultancy based in Manchester City Centre looking to appoint a Land Surveyor to join their growing team. My client are a Niche Building Consultancy that have experienced a fantastic period of growth over the last 12 months and are targeting further growth during 2025. They have an established client base that has been continually increasing, resulting in a decision to open up a measured surveying / land surveying branch to their business. They currently receive a large number of enquiries each year from their existing client which until recently they have outsourced to external consultants but have taken the leap to bring and develop that workload in-house. The ideal candidate will have experience in completing Topographical Surveys and ideally have experience working on AutoCAD. Training will be provided, and your career path will be determined by your own aspirations, whichever area you want to focus on will be accommodated. There is also a real probability that you will have the opportunity to grow within the business and really put your stamp on this business service.
