Application Support Analyst -Compliance Systems
* Based in London - 2/3 days in office
* Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
* Outstanding Excel Skills, ServiceNow and SQL
* Junior to Mid-Level
A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to support key business systems and contribute to operational success in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line support for compliance-specific applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
* Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
* Maintain system configurations including user access, permissions, and reference data.
* Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors.
* Collaborate with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments.
* Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes.
* Assist the Compliance team with compiling reports and statistics using Excel and Power BI.
