Desired skills and qualities:
* Previous experience as TA in the UK school.
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* UK Driving Licence
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service
* Strong communication skills and behaviour management
* Ability to interact and engage with children
Key Responsibilities as TA:
* Foster and maintain positive classroom environment
* Assist with setting up activities, distributing resources, and organising classroom materials.
* Work one to one with children or in small groups and help them overcome difficulties.
* Monitor children's attendance, progress and prepare reports
* Communicate with teachers and parents regarding the child's performance and development.
* Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
