We are looking for a motivated and results-focusedTransport Plannerto join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods across our network.
Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday (05:0015:00, 08:0018:00, 10:0020:00) Flexibility to work across all three shifts when required is essential.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Plan efficient delivery routes based on distance, traffic, and deadlines
* Support and coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
* Work with warehouse teams to manage load distribution and vehicle capacity
* Oversee vehicle utilisation and maintenance requirements
* Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates to customers
* Handle customer enquiries and maintain high service standards
* Optimise resources to reduce operational costs
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
* Analyse performance data to identify improvements
* Collaborate with warehouse, drivers, and wider teams to maintain seamless operations
