Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer
£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £55k+)

The Role
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding on a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems across a local patch.
* Reactive and planned maintenance
* Fault diagnosis and first‑time fixes
* Working independently on customer sites
* Participation in a 1-in-7 call‑out rota
* Managing jobs via Simpro system
Requirements
* F‑Gas Category 1
* CSCS / CITB card
* Strong experience in commercial refrigeration
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication skills
* Able to work both independently and within a team
* Based in or around Hampshire
Desirable (Not Essential)
* CO₂ experience
* Commissioning experience
* Knowledge of Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems
Package
* Door‑to‑door pay
* Overtime @ 1.5x (Mon‑Sat) & 2x Sundays
* 45‑hour contract
* 1 in 7 call‑out rota
* Company van + fuel card
* Phone, tablet & specialist tools
