WAREHOUSE/INVENTORY - TEAM LEADER.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35hrs per week)
Team Leader will supervise daily operations, leading a small team to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfilment, and adherence to safety/quality standards, acting as a link between staff and management, handling task allocation, performance monitoring, problem-solving, and fostering a productive, safe environment. Key duties include resource planning, managing daily tasks, inventory control, training, and coordinating with other departments like transport, all while maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
·Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and manage a team of warehouse operatives, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
·Operational Oversight: Manage daily starts, workload, picking/packing accuracy, and ensure goods are processed efficiently.
·Health & Safety: Enforce all safety policies, conduct checks, and manage incidents to maintain a safe workplace.
·Inventory & Quality: Oversee stock accuracy, inbound/outbound goods, and quality control.
·Communication & Coordination: Liaise with management, transport, sales, and other departments to improve processes and meet targets.
·Problem Solving: Address operational issues, resolve team conflicts, and suggest improvements.

·Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
Must Have's:
·Solid leadership and communication skills
·Current in date driving licence
·Warehouse experience
·Microsoft Excel experience
·Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
