Cleaning Site Supervisor
OCS UK & Ireland – a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover in excess of £2bn.
Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
About the Role
Working hours: Monday – Saturday 06:00 am – 08:00 am every morning.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications and contract resource levels are met.
* Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
* Carry out weekly quality audits of premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet required specification.
* Develop and maintain professional business relationships with all levels of client representatives, promoting the company and development of services.
* Help with recruitment and training of new team colleagues.
Ideal Candidate
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience working in a cleaning environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of management techniques, Health & Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
