Social Media Executive – Hammersmith

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive — someone who understands how to drive attention, create engaging content, and build a brand that people want to follow.
This is not a generic corporate social role — this is storytelling, education, before/after impact, case studies, clinicians, transformation journeys.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating day-to-day content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (posts, reels, stories)
* Working directly with clinicians and marketing leads to turn cases into compelling visuals
* Scheduling, posting, community engagement (comments, replies, DMs)
* Reviewing data and performance insights — and adjusting content accordingly
* Supporting campaign launches and events promotions
* Owning the content calendar for both brands across multiple channels
