I need employ a part time and full time Complex Care Support Worker / Personal Healthcare Assistant to:
Job Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality person‑centred care and support for an individual with complex healthcare needs in their own home and/or in the community.
* Support with complex and unpredictable conditions such as chronic and acute pain, spasmodic limbs, physical and sensory disability, neurological impairment, memory loss, acquired brain injury, autism and mental health challenges.
* Carry out health tasks following relevant, appropriate training and competency assessment.
* Allow the individual to live an independent life in their own home while ensuring health and wellbeing needs are met.
Working Hours & Employment Type
* One full‑time role: 37.5 hours split across 5 days.
* One part‑time role: 10 hours as required.
* Permanent position subject to safer recruitment checks, competency assessments for all required healthcare tasks and successful probation and induction.
