Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant
£70 - £80K
Watford - Hybrid
We're looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join a global organisation at a critical point in their finance transformation journey.
This isn't a passive support role - you'll be hands-on, visible, and instrumental in delivering a successful Oracle Financials implementation. From UAT to hypercare, you'll act as a vital bridge between the finance function, delivery partners, and project teams - ensuring that change sticks, users are confident, and systems run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and coordinate UAT test cycles - including script creation, walkthroughs, and tracking issues to resolution
* Escalate system issues and partner with vendors to drive fixes
* Act as a key conduit between finance stakeholders and technical teams
* Deliver practical end-user training and build confidence across finance teams
* Support data validation, cutover planning, and hypercare post-go-live
* Ensure solutions align with internal controls and compliance standards
What You'll Bring
* Oracle Cloud Financials expertise across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
* Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
* Experience with UAT, including defect management and stakeholder walkthroughs
* A proactive, confident communication style and strong documentation skills
