We're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic B2B Telesales Manager to build, develop and lead a dedicated Call Centre team to outreach to our existing Retailers encouraging re stock orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Select, Interview and recruit Call Handlers to outreach to our existing Retailers,
* Develop and mentor team members,
* Implement success strategies to optimise results,
* Set and monitor team KPI's,
* Conduct outbound calls to encourage existing Retailers to place re stock orders,
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system,
* Monitor records made by the team for accuracy and performance,
* Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professionalism during all communications,
* Build Rapport with existing Retailers, providing a friendly link with weekly to fortnightly calls, checking in on sales progress and replenishment needs, along with providing advice as required,
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices,
What we're looking for
* Leadership and Management experience in the Telesales sector is essential,
* Strong knowledge and experience of effective sales strategies,
* Previous success in a Call Centre or Telesales role is essential,
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail,
* Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply,
* A Management Qualification is Desirable,
* GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above in English,
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone,
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude,
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills,
* A Team spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow.
