Maintenance Assistant
Location: Field-based, South Wales & West Region
Hours: Full-time

The Role
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant to deliver high-quality remedial and maintenance works across South Wales & West developments. You'll visit homes of all tenures - including open-market and Housing Association properties - to complete snagging, identify issues and carry out multi-trade repairs, ensuring every customer receives outstanding aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend scheduled homeowner appointments Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for evenings or Saturdays (TOIL provided).
* Carry out a range of multi-trade remedial works, including carpentry, basic plumbing, plaster patching, mastic, door adjustments and general finishing.
* Diagnose faults and identify the most effective solutions on site.
* Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring residents are informed, reassured, and satisfied with completed work.
* Maintain detailed job records, notes, and photos via company systems, and communicate outcomes to the Customer Service team.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
