Warranty Administrator Required in Croydon
1. Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 basic
2. Hours: 8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group, operating in the London, Kent, and Surrey regions for over 70 successful years. Our client, who represents 8 different vehicle manufacturers, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities for the Warranty Administrator Role:
7. Managing warranty claims and ensuring accurate submissions
8. Liaising with manufacturers regarding warranty issues
9. Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
10. Supporting the service department by handling warranty queries
11. Ensuring all warranty documentation is accurate and up to date
12. Keeping customers informed about the progress of their warranty claims
13. Reporting on warranty data to management
Requirements for the Role: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role, preferably within the automotive industry, and possess a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent communication and administrative skills.
