Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on leadership role based in the clinic. To drive growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Day to Day running of the clinic

* Lead, motivate, and train the clinic team to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Recruit and develop high-performing staff who align with our service standards.
* Be a visible presence in reception and consultation areas to enhance patient trust and conversion rates.
* Personally follow up on high-value patients to boost bookings and retention.
* Work closely with doctors to coordinate schedules, allocate rooms, and ensure their clinics run efficiently.
* Act as the first point of contact for doctors on operational matters, enabling them to focus on clinical work.
* Manage staff and doctor rotas for optimal coverage and efficiency.
* Keep operations running smoothly — from patient flow to stock control.

Business Development and Growth

* Implement in-clinic promotions, referral programs, and loyalty schemes.
* Coordinate with external marketing providers to execute campaigns and track results.
* Feed back patient trends, competitor activity, and service opportunities to the Clinic Director.
* Report on KPIs including bookings, revenue, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.

About You:

* Management experience in private healthcare, aesthetics, dental, or cosmetic surgery.
* Proven ability to increase patient numbers and drive sales/conversions.
* Strong leadership skills — able to motivate, train, and hold a team to high standards.
* Confident working with senior clinicians and managing their schedules day-to-day.
* Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and doctors alike.
* Organised and proactive, with a sharp eye for service quality and commercial performance.
* Skilled at balancing patient experience with business goals.
