Would you relish the opportunity to support teaching in a highly inclusive and innovative establishment? Willow Bank School is an SEMH provision for pupils aged 8 16. We believe we are a centre of best practice for personal development, pastoral care and teaching and learning. We require a dynamic, committed, and hardworking Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join us in our new multi-million-pound school building who is passionate about pupil engagement and progression.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant, ideally experienced in working with pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, to support our pupils across Key Stages 3, and 4.

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that pupils’ special educational needs are being addressed in line with the pupil’s individual ECHP whilst having due regard for the school’s philosophy and policies.

This exciting post requires a conscientious and energetic team player.
