Hybrid Role (working across our sites in Surrey & South West London and our office space in Cobham)
40 Hours a Week (flexible working hours between 7am-6pm)

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced Operations team with opportunities to grow.
In this role you will work across our key operational focus areas, including:
* Supporting daily nursery operations and providing general nursery cover as needed
* Planning and leading team events, parent events, and open days
* Coordinating kit ordering and processing to ensure all equipment is ready and available
* Actioning site operations tickets relating to health and safety
* Assisting with new site set-up support working as part of the team to embed our ethos
* Leading physical marketing including leafleting and social media content creation
* Supporting our Family Experience and Operations Lead with customer admin and recruitment tasks

* You are confident using IT systems and social media platforms, and are able to create engaging marketing visuals and content
* You are happy and flexible to jump in and support daily operations where required across our sites
