We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our reception and administrative team. This is a key leadership role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and maintaining outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the reception team, promoting teamwork and wellbeing.
  • Oversee reception operations, including appointment systems and clinician schedules.
  • Create and manage staff rotas, monitor sickness absence, and maintain service delivery.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and compliance with employment law and practice policies.
  • Maintain patient information systems (website, social media, PPG etc).
  • Respond to patient queries and complaints professionally, in line with policy.

    • Support the Group Manager with operational planning and improvements

    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF:

  • EMIS clinical system
  • Docman document management
