AMG is a welcoming GP Group in West Fife, committed to delivering high-quality primary care to our local community. We pride ourselves on excellent patient service and a supportive team environment.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our reception and administrative team. This is a key leadership role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and maintaining outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and motivate the reception team, promoting teamwork and wellbeing.
2. Oversee reception operations, including appointment systems and clinician schedules.
3. Create and manage staff rotas, monitor sickness absence, and maintain service delivery.
4. Handle recruitment, training, and compliance with employment law and practice policies.
5. Maintain patient information systems (website, social media, PPG etc).
6. Respond to patient queries and complaints professionally, in line with policy.

Support the Group Manager with operational planning and improvements

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF:

7. EMIS clinical system
8. Docman document management
