Behaviour Support Assistant – Northumberland
£95 – £130 per day | Weekly Pay | Primary & Secondary Schools
CER Education is recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Northumberland.
This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, pastoral staff or graduates with strong behaviour management skills and UK school experience.
You will support pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional support, working 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom to help them stay engaged and on track.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have experience working with children or young people in a UK school setting
* Are confident managing behaviour and setting clear boundaries
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Remain calm, resilient and professional
Flexible day-to-day supply and long-term roles are available to suit your availability.
What you’ll receive:
£95 – £130 per day

£300 bonus if you’re registered with another agency
£250 referral bonus
