As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients. You’ll lead your team in delivering statutory accounts, tax returns, and tailored financial support, while taking an active role in client relationship development, business planning, and driving the firm’s commercial success.

Role Responsibilities Leading the delivery of year-end accounts, tax compliance, and financial advice for a portfolio of clients (typically with turnovers up to £10m)
Managing workflow, WIP, and billing processes across your client base
Delegating work effectively to junior team members and overseeing high-quality output
Playing a key role in staff development through coaching, mentoring, and appraisals
