About the Role:
Are you ready to take the helm in delivering exceptional pension services at Strictly Education? As a Senior Administration Officer in our Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Pensions Team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide top-notch support to our clients and pension funds.
Our Senior Pension Administration Officers are the trailblazers of service excellence; day-to-day utilising your specialist LGPS Pension Administration knowledge, skills and experience to deal with escalated and complex queries, surpassing client expectations. Supporting your team members, you’ll offer guidance, coaching and training on legislation, processes and administrative best practices. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency will ensure that service level agreements are not just met, but exceeded.
From leading on client calls to liaising with pension funds, your proactive approach will nurture relationships and ensure that queries are resolved promptly. Innovation drives us forward, and you'll be at the forefront of streamlining our operations. Your keen eye for improvement will drive enhancements, ensuring that our procedures remain up-to-date, and that our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and tools.

Role Holder Requirements
What You Can Bring to the Role:
As a Senior Pension Administration Officer, you will have:
A proven track record of delivering administrative service excellence in fast-paced environments, to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to compliantly handle sensitive information.
Significant experience in or knowledge of Local Government Pensions (LGPS) or similar Pensions Administration settings.
Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy.
Prior experience coaching, supporting and training colleagues.
Competency in MS Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills such as v-lookup.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
The ability to balance multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining precision.
