Job Summary
This is a key technical position within the Finance function, responsible for delivering accurate and timely internal and external regulatory reporting in line with established deadlines. The role requires a high level of technical competence and ownership across prudential and statutory reporting obligations.
The successful candidate will be expected to operate with integrity, due skill, care and diligence, maintaining open and cooperative engagement with Regulators and external auditors, while consistently upholding high standards of governance and customer fairness in line with regulatory conduct requirements.

The Bank currently operates a hybrid working model, with employees expected to work three days per week in the office and two days remotely. Working-from-home days are agreed in advance with the relevant line manager.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Act as the first point of contact in relation to the submission of all regulatory and statutory filings and reports including, but not limited to the following:
2. COREP reporting - Own Funds, CRSA, CRGB, CVA, CCR, Market and Operational Risk & Leverage, LCR, NSFR, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance
3. AMM Reporting: C67, C68, C69, C71
4. PRA Reporting: FSA017 (IRRBB), PRA110, PRA108, PRA104-107A.
5. Bank of England reporting - BT, ELS, C1, COR015
6. FINREP Reporting F01, F02, F03, FO4 - F05, F07, F09, F12
7. Completion of daily internal management reports - Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, Large
8. Exposures, Country Exposure, Foreign Exchange positions, Bond positions, and Daily P&L.
9. Responsible for all prudential reports such as ILAAP, ICAAP, RRP, Pillar 3, Solvent Exit etc.
10. Support Financial Statement and Management Accounts production
11. Involvement in budget preparation and forecasting
12. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data input for Regulatory reporting.
13. To abide by the requirement of the FCA’s Consumer Duty Regulations to ensure customers’ needs are placed first and fairness and good value remains at the heart of the Bank’s products and services.
14. Implementation lead for Basel 3.1
15. Any other duty assigned by the Associate Director, Finance or designated officer from time to time including but not limited to FSCS/SCV, Fee tariff submissions etc

Job Requirements
26. ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified;
27. Good knowledge and proven track record of regulatory reporting;
28. Advanced level EXCEL essential
29. Minimum 8 years- experience desirable.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
30. Strong working knowledge of accounting
31. Strong working knowledge of regulatory reporting
32. Knowledge of Flexcube (desirable but not essential)
33. Knowledge of Vermeg and Tarramis regulatory reporting system (Desirable but not essential)
