In this role, the successful Sales Administrator or similar will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative responsibilities as well as organising and prioritises the workload of the sales team to ensure streamlined operations. In addition, you will also be responsible for managing customer enquiries on top of maintaining accurate technical records. As your role develops, you will be responsible for managing client accounts. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed sales and service reports as and when required.
The ideal Sales Administrator or similar will have previous working experience within a sales-based role - ideally, but not essentially, coming from B2B background. In addition, you will have strong analytical, organisational and communicational skills, having prior experience performing data entry tasks. On top of this, you will be proficient with Microsoft Office software. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.
