Our client is looking for a Graduate Planner to join their growing team in South Wales! This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Town Planning.
What you need:
* RTPI Accredited degree in Town Planning
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to analyse complex data
* Solid report writing skills
Daily Duties include:
* Strategic planning and land promotion
* Dealing with enforcement appeals
* Working on planning applications
* Providing planning advice to clients
* Dealing with appeals and negotiations
