The Role

What You’ll Do
* Build qualified demand through paid media, content, and email
* Launch and optimise funnels that attract career-change audiences
* Lead discovery calls and structured fit assessments
* Guide prospects through a clear decision pathway and onboarding steps
* Track outcomes, refine messaging, and improve conversion performance

* 5+ years in sales, marketing, or business development
* Strong communication and the ability to simplify decisions
* Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end (strategy + execution)
