Shift Details
* Full-time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday–Sunday)
* 08.00am - 22.00pm
* Sleeps also required

Who We're Looking For
Whether you're an experienced Care Team Leader or a Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or a driven Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step we want to hear from you. If you've got passion, potential and a desire to grow, we'll give you the tools to shine.
Your Role as Care Team Leader
You'll be at the heart of the service, leading, inspiring and supporting your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care by motivating and guiding Support Workers, providing high-quality and compassionate support, contributing to recruitment and staff development, communicating confidently with colleagues, families and professionals, maintaining accurate digital records, and making a genuine difference every single day.
