Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
* Liaise with vendors and potential buyers to negotiate sales and lettings effectively.
* Maintain an organised database of property listings, client information, and market trends.
* Prepare marketing materials and assist in promoting properties through various channels.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
* Stay updated on local market conditions, property values, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience in a sales or customer service environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
