Your Role
In this hands-on position, you will:
* Take end-to-end ownership of the Dynamics 365 implementation.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical environments.
* Train and support multiple users of Dynamics 365 through workshops and training materials.

Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of D365 F&O solutions that align with business needs.
* Financial Management: Work with finance teams to implement D365 Finance modules, ensuring compliance and best practices.
* Reporting & Insights: Develop financial reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with key insights.
* Leadership & Mentorship: Guide functional analysts and conduct training on finance functionalities within D365.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Contribute to test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
* Training & Support: Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on experience in designing and implementing D365 F&O projects.
* Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture and best practices.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field with extensive experience in technology solutions.
* Functional and Technical certifications in D365 Finance & Operations or related areas.
* Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
* Hands-on experience in implementing global, enterprise-wide D365 F&O solutions.
