Estates Helpdesk Co-Ordinator – Uxbridge – ASAP Start – 4-6 week contract (Sick Cover)
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Estates Helpdesk Co-Ordinator for a NHS organisation based in Uxbridge. You will need to work Monday-Friday hrs per week. Hourly rate is inclusive of holiday pay PAYE or umbrella.
The role will involve:
1. Answer telephone calls for Estates Officers when they are away from their desk
2. Provide administrative support to Estates Officers if required
3. To place orders for goods and services using the Trust’s ordering system
4. To liaise with visitors to the department in a professional and courteous manner
5. To carry out audits as and when required as directed by management
