We’re looking for a motivated and personable Centre Manager to lead our operations and help us grow.
The Role:
As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our club. You’ll be involved in and oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure our members and visitors enjoy a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily operations, including bookings, events, and facility upkeep.
* Lead and support staff and volunteers to deliver excellent service.
* Oversee income and aspects of financial reporting, and membership administration.
* Promote the club through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and safeguarding policies.
About You:
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Experience in hospitality, leisure, or sports facility management (desirable).
* A proactive, hands-on approach.
* Flexible to work evenings/weekends when required.
