Your new role
As a Chartered General Practice Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for the effective management, valuation and strategic oversight of a wide-ranging estate. You will lead on landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, and asset optimisation. You will produce high-quality professional reports, undertake Red Book valuations, support estate strategy development, and ensure statutory, H&S and regulatorypliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, consultants andmercial tenants to maximise estate performance and long-term value.
What you'll need to succeed
1. MRICS Chartered Surveyor status (General Practice /mercial Property pathway).
2. Strong technical knowledge of estate management, valuation, landlord & tenant legislation and professional surveying standards.
3. Experience managing mixed property portfolios withinmercial, institutional or public sector environments.
4. Excellent analytical, negotiation and report‑writing skills.
5. Ability to interpret legal documents and advise onplex property issues.
6. Confidentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
7. A proactive,mercially aware and strategic mindset.
