Location: Cabintec Ltd & BSK Engineering
Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible schedule
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to help manage documentation in two separate office locations, Cabintec located in Dungannon and BSK Engineering located in the Rock, with both businesses closely related through shared ownership and less than 15 minutes apart by car.
This is a flexible role requiring a dedicated professional who can travel between two office locations on separate days to ensure consistent and timely management of duties. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous self-starter with a strong focus on accuracy to efficiently handle administrative tasks.

Requirements
* Role will require 2 days per week in each business.
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, with a strong focus on paperwork and record-keeping.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a professional, positive attitude.
