Job Description
The Site Assistant position is for six months in duration. A Fixed Term Contract or temporary assignment will both be considered.
As the Site Assistant based on site, the core duties will be to:
1. Act as office administrator for the site including office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation
2. Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager
3. Act as project assistant for the site team (arrange travel, create documents)
4. Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
5. Develop and co-ordinates business review reports in conjunction with Site Manager
6. Keep track of leave requests and absences
7. Create and adapts documents and templates
8. Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager
9. Keep the Site Manager informed of all site related activities.
10. Is aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
11. Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration
12. Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
13. Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications

16. Good forward planner
17. Ability to present ideas effectively
18. Good command of English, other languages an advantage
19. The role generally receives no instruction on work and acts independently to determine methods and ability to work with limited supervision
