Join the thriving Science Department of a large secondary school in Warrington, supporting pupils aged 11–16. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Science teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
Role Overview
The successful Science Teacher will:
* Deliver a full timetable across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE)
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective Science lessons
* Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning abilities
* Track pupil progress and report outcomes within the Science department
* Contribute positively to the wider school community with a proactive and professional approach
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching Science up to GCSE level
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
Both experienced teachers and ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply. Full induction, support, and ongoing professional development will be provided.
