As we grow across England, we’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our high-performing team in our Corporate Branch located in our Head Office in Sutton and uphold the highest standards of care.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong foundation already in place, you’ll be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager, a Nurse Lead, and a well-established care team who share a commitment to excellence and client wellbeing.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and CQC compliance
* Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of care professionals
* Growing the business in the community
* Managing client care plans, assessments, and safeguarding procedures
* Ensuring quality assurance, service continuity, and exceptional outcomes
* Working closely with the leadership team on business growth and service development
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong background as a Deputy ready to step up
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
* Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care

Qualifications
* Experience in Case Management and developing personalised care plans
* Skills in Training and staff support
* Knowledge and experience in Elder Care
* Understanding of Social Services and related regulations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in domiciliary care management and/or live-in care services is a plus
* Relevant healthcare certifications or a degree in a related field
