We are looking for an energetic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to become part of our team!
In this role, you'll act as the main connection between our clients and candidates, ensuring top-notch recruitment services. Your job will involve handling the entire recruitment process, building relationships with clients, and seeking out new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for Trainee Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):
* Achieve sales targets aligned with company expectations.
* Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
* Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence.
* Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

* A highly motivated individual with an unwavering ambition for success, consistently aiming to exceed boundaries and achieve new milestones in the recruitment industry.
* Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact and build trust with candidates and clients.
* Genuine passion for recruitment.
* Enthusiasm, proactive attitude, and potential for growth are highly valued, prior experience is a plus but not essential.
* A valid UK driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for client and site visits are required.
