Working for one of the UK's leading Mechanical and Electrical / Facilities Management maintenance companies. The company can offer excellent levels of job security, real and attainable career development and the chance to work on large blue chip clients buildings.
They are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to work on their various FM contracts in the West Midlands area.
You will be carrying out a range of air conditioning maintenance. This could be anything from the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of the systems on site. This will be achieved by PPM and Reactive Maintenance. The types of systems will include Splits, Multi-splits, VRV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and some Ductwork.
The role will be working full time between 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri, with an out of hours on call rota, a company vehicle with personal use available and fuel card, 5 weeks holiday.
You will be required to have:
* Minimum 3 years experience
* FGas Qualification
* NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration level 2 or 3 or equivalent
* 18th edition (Preferred but not essential)
* Full Valid Driving Licence
