Project: ACES Awards 2024 Position: Outbound Telesales / Telemarketing Agent Duration: 6 Weeks Objective: Generate leads to nominate business leaders, professionals, and heads of departments for the ACES Awards 2024. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential nominees and companies across Asia. • Engage in lead generation activities, including email outreach and follow-ups. • Utilize provided scripts/pitches to effectively communicate the value of participating in the ACES Awards. • Generate leads independently while also managing and nurturing provided leads. • Maintain detailed records of call interactions and lead status. • Achieve set targets for lead generation and nominations. Qualifications: • Proficient in either Thai / Indonesian / Vietnamese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. • Familiarity with the business landscape in Asia, especially key industries and leading companies. • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet project goals.
