Service Desk Coordinator
We're looking for a Service Desk Coordinator with strong customer service skills and an interest or background in plant or construction machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule workshop jobs and coordinate engineer workloads
* Manage warranty jobs and claims
* Act as the main customer contact (phone and face-to-face)
* Liaise with engineers to ensure efficient workflow
* Maintain accurate service records and job information
* Handle customer queries and provide repair updates
Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational ability and multitasking
* Knowledge of plant, agricultural, or similar machinery (preferred)
* Confident working with engineers and customers
* Experience with cash or trade customers (advantageous)
* Basic computer and scheduling system skills
