Join to apply for the Mulesoft Integration Architect role at Capgemini. We specialise in agile custom software development and integration at an enterprise scale, with capabilities across Integration, Open Source, Microsoft and proprietary technologies. We are seeking an experienced Mulesoft Integration Architect to deliver large, complex and innovative enterprise digital projects. Hybrid working: a blend of Company offices, client sites, and home, not 100% remote.

Your role
* Take an Integration Architect role on Mulesoft integration implementations, including hybrid integration for cloud and on-premise systems.
* Possibly serve as integration lead for distributed delivery across onshore-offshore models.
* Support integration pre-sales activities and co-create integrated solutions with Capgemini teams; build strategic relationships with Mulesoft.
* Define and deliver the Integration Technology aspects of projects, including architectural designs and documentation.
* Contribute to Microservice, API Management discussions and how to incorporate AI.
* Collaborate with Mulesoft and broader Capgemini teams on large programs with multiple technology streams and complex architecture.
* Participate in Technical Design Authority activities to assess design risks and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
Your Skills And Experience
* Experience and a proven track record implementing Integration projects using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (API Designer, API Manager, API Studio).
* Experience in RAML, REST and XML technologies.
* Architectural knowledge with understanding of Integration Patterns, Hybrid Integration and Microservice architecture.
* Strong communication skills and experience with distributed delivery (Off-Shore / On-Shore).
* Able to build productive client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence delivery, sales, and partner ecosystems.
* Understanding of GenAI, Agentic workflows and their application in enterprise integration.
Your Security Clearance
To be appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. During recruitment, you may be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility, such as country of residence and nationality.
