A degree in criminology
Proven experience in teaching and supporting young people.
A calm and adaptable approach to managing challenging behaviours.
Strong motivational skills to re-engage disaffected learners.
Excellent attention to detail for administrative tasks related to student management. About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in Criminology, ranging from Level 2 to Level 5, including A-Level courses. You'll create and distribute educational resources that support student learning and assess their work to monitor progress and provide essential feedback. Additionally, you will actively participate in curriculum development and various departmental activities. The role requires adaptability to manage class sizes typically between 20-30 students, ensuring that each learner receives the attention necessary to succeed. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about educating and developing students' understanding of Criminology.
