Position Summary: To assist in the overall picking and despatch of customers' orders ensuring that the correct products are supplied to our customer in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Working in a physically demanding multi-temperature FMCG environment. Responsibilities: Using voice technology, the role involves accurately picking and packing orders using the voice-picking system, efficiently loading and unloading vehicles in line with company procedures, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. It requires meeting targets set by MBUK, communicating effectively with team leaders and shift managers, and working collaboratively as part of a team. The position also includes correctly checking in, storing, and replenishing stock to prevent damage and ensure appropriate stock levels, while remaining adaptable and flexible in approach. Qualifications Profile The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable. Calm under pressure you will have a strong H&S awareness and be a great team player who likes o share ideas for improvement. With a good level of written and spoken English you will have problem solving skills. Experience of operating MHR is desirable as is previous experience of working in a physically demanding multi-temperature FMCG environment.
