You’ll be involved in:
* Supporting shareholders and management teams through sale, investment, and growth transactions
* Analysing business models, financials, and value drivers to inform strategic decisions
* Building financial and operational insight to influence negotiations and outcomes
* Producing client-ready documents and presentations that shape transaction strategy
* Working side-by-side with leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced team
What they’re looking for:
* ACA-qualified (or equivalent) with c.1 year in Transaction Services or a similar deals environment
* A self-starter with clear leadership potential, charisma, and the ability to engage and inspire
* Highly coachable, eager to learn, and driven to build a successful career in M&A advisory
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative in high-stakes situations
