Academic Support Coach Location: Chippenham Salary: £21,486 per annum, rising to £21,740 per annum, pro rata of the full time equivalent £24,619 per annum rising to £24,910 per annum Do you have experience supporting learners to achieve their best? What Youll Do Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment What Youll Bring Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching all welcome) A genuine passion for helping students succeed Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills Commitment to safeguarding and supporting diverse learners Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential what matters most is your dedication to making a difference.
