Overview
Our client is a well‑established SME freight forwarder based in Sunbury. We have a new position available for a Junior Export Clerk.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all export shipments are collected by the correct vehicle, documentation is in order and the client is satisfied with the export.
* Complete customs entries correctly using the correct CPC code and save all relevant export documents to the correct file.
* Prepare quotations for new and existing clients.
* Send flight details and relevant information to the client by email and pre‑alert the foreign agent with full details.
* Liaise with foreign agents when required to ensure delivery has been achieved.
* Ensure the Box to Pi is fully completed with all combined documents saved to the job and correct airline, foreign charges and client costs are accrued.
* Tend to additional duties or assist other members of staff as reasonably requested by your Manager.

Knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Word and Teams.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience within the freight industry preferred.

* Knowledge of Box Top and E customs.
