Reporting to the Housing and Communities Manager, the Housing Officer is responsible for assisting with the management of general needs, supported and emergency accommodation owned by RBLI on the 72 acre RBLI Village in Aylesford. Ensuring that RBLI’s housing and maintenance policies and procedures are effectively implemented. To provide exceptional customer service to RBLI residents in the allocation and management of RBLI properties.
This role will involve management of short term waiting lists including the initial assessment of applications for emergency accommodation (HMO), general needs, supported accommodation (Over 55’s) and monitoring, management of rent debt and the recovery of rent arrears.
