We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing to join a highly regarded legal team based in Kingsbridge, South Devon. This role is being recruited on behalf of a well-established firm known for its excellent client service and strong property practice across Devon and the Southwest.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for clients. Duties will include:
* Handling residential sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, new builds, second homes)
* Advising clients through every stage of the conveyancing process
* Liaising with estate agents, lenders, clients and other professionals
* Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
* Managing case progression to completion with a focus on excellent client communication and service

Its Kingsbridge office provides tailored conveyancing services locally and across the region, supported by an experienced property team.
About You
* Experience in residential conveyancing, either as a Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and professional contacts alike
* A proactive and organised approach, with the capacity to manage your own caseload
* A commitment to delivering high standards of client care
